Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
The item must be in its original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within several business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Customs & Country Regulations
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local customs laws and regulations regarding knives or knife components.
We do not provide refunds for issues related to customs holds, refusals, or legal restrictions.
